The personal website of Scott Murray

Scott Murray portrait I live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest where I revel in the fantastic scenery, spectacular sunsets, hot summers and snowy winters. I stay active year-round, exploring the region's mountains, lakes and rivers. I keep my mind busy with coding, cartography and studying history, politics and technology. In the evenings, I like to share laughs and pale ales with friends, old and new. I can be reached here.

KML Workbench

KML Workbench is a project of mine to develop and share tools, data and other resources for the Keyhole Markup Language. You can check it out here.

The background image is looking south from the top of Grassy Mountain, Shoshone County, Idaho (47.7900°,-116.2055°) on August 11, 2016 as I waited to view the Perseid meteor shower far from city lights.
